本サービス「Step Skills Academy(ステップスキルスアカデミー)」(以下「本サービス」といいます。)は、 株式会社グローバルネットワークイノベーション(Global Network Innovation Co., Ltd.。以下「当社」といいます。)が運営しています。 当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他関係法令およびガイドラインを遵守し、 ユーザーの個人情報を適切に取り扱います。

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。

(1) ユーザーが登録・入力する情報

• 氏名
• 生年月日
• 性別
• 住所
• 在留資格および在留期限
• 職種(希望分野を含みます)
• メールアドレス
• お問い合わせフォームに入力された内容

(2) 本サービスの利用に伴い取得する情報

• 学習履歴、学習進捗
• 試験・クイズの結果および解答データ
• ログイン履歴等のアクセスログ(日時、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報等)

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• 本サービスの提供、維持および運営のため
• 学習進捗・成績の管理および学習支援のため
• 本人確認およびアカウント管理のため
• お問い合わせへの対応のため
• 本サービスの品質向上、新機能の開発その他サービス改善のため
• 規約変更、メンテナンス等の重要なお知らせの通知のため

当社は、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合その他 個人情報保護法が認める場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく、 個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

なお、法人契約に基づき学習ユーザーが管理ユーザー(所属企業等)に紐付けられている場合の 学習データの共有については、利用規約第6条の定めによります。

本サービスは、以下の外部サービスを利用しており、これらのサービス上でデータが処理・保管されることがあります。

• Supabase(Supabase Inc.): 本サービスのデータベース・認証基盤として利用しており、登録情報や学習データは同社のクラウド基盤上に保管されます。
• Formspree: お問い合わせフォームの送信処理に利用しており、フォームに入力された内容は同サービスを経由して当社に送信されます。
• Google Fonts(Google LLC): ウェブフォントの配信に利用しており、フォント読み込みの際にIPアドレス等がGoogleに送信されることがあります。

各サービスにおける情報の取扱いは、それぞれの事業者のプライバシーポリシーによります。

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他個人情報の安全管理のために、 通信の暗号化、アクセス権限の管理、不正アクセス対策等の必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。 また、個人情報を取り扱う従業者に対して、適切な監督および教育を行います。

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で個人情報を保存します。 ユーザーが退会した場合、法令上保存が義務付けられる情報を除き、 退会後合理的な期間内に個人情報を削除します。

ユーザーは、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等を請求することができます。 ご請求の際は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応いたします。

本サービスは、ユーザーの利便性向上のため、Cookieおよびブラウザの localStorage を使用しています。 具体的には、表示言語の設定の保持、ログイン状態の保持等に使用します。 ブラウザの設定によりこれらを無効化することができますが、その場合、本サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなることがあります。

当社は、法令の改正、サービス内容の変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上での掲載その他適切な方法により周知します。 改定後のポリシーは、本サービス上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

"Step Skills Academy" (the "Service") is operated by Global Network Innovation Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and handles users' personal information appropriately.

The Company collects the following information in providing the Service.

(1) Information registered or entered by users

• Name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Address
• Residence status and period of stay (expiration date)
• Occupation (including desired field)
• Email address
• Content entered in the contact form

(2) Information collected through use of the Service

• Learning history and learning progress
• Exam and quiz results and answer data
• Access logs such as login history (date and time, IP address, browser information, etc.)

The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and operate the Service
• To manage learning progress and results and to support learning
• For identity verification and account management
• To respond to inquiries
• To improve the quality of the Service, develop new features, and otherwise improve the Service
• To notify users of important information such as changes to the terms and maintenance

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except where required by law, where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, or in other cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

The sharing of learning data where a learner user is linked to an administrator user (such as their employer) under a corporate contract is governed by Article 6 of the Terms of Service.

The Service uses the following external services, and data may be processed and stored on these services:

• Supabase (Supabase Inc.): Used as the database and authentication infrastructure for the Service. Registration information and learning data are stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure.
• Formspree: Used to process contact form submissions. Content entered in the form is transmitted to the Company via this service.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC): Used to serve web fonts. When fonts are loaded, information such as your IP address may be transmitted to Google.

The handling of information on each service is governed by the privacy policy of the respective provider.

The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures for the secure management of personal information, including encryption of communications, management of access privileges, and protection against unauthorized access, in order to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles. The Company also appropriately supervises and educates employees who handle personal information.

The Company retains personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. When a user withdraws from the Service, the Company will delete their personal information within a reasonable period after withdrawal, except for information that must be retained under applicable laws.

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Company. Please contact the office below. After verifying your identity, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws.

The Service uses cookies and the browser's localStorage to improve user convenience, specifically to retain your display-language setting and to maintain your login state. You can disable these through your browser settings; however, some functions of the Service may become unavailable if you do so.

The Company may revise this Policy as necessary in response to amendments to laws, changes to the Service, or other circumstances. In the case of material changes, the Company will announce them by posting on the Service or by other appropriate means. The revised Policy shall take effect when posted on the Service.
